Hi there! Have some questions about our property? Find the answers below.
This is not an apartment complex. Each condo is individually owned, and the management office does not assist in renting units. People looking to buy or rent in the community can visit HAR.com for availability.
Yes, 6 months is the minimum amount of time for a lease. Every tenant must pass a criminal background check and submit an executed lease prior to moving on property. Tenants must register with the management office.
Yes, our property has several regulations regarding the ownership and housing of animals. In general, only dogs, cats, birds and fish are permitted as pets and only animals that weigh less than 50 lbs at full maturity. No unit may have more than two pets at one time. There is a one time $50.00 fee per pet and vaccination records as well as proof of weight must also be submitted. In the event that you have a Service Animal or an emotional support animal, please contact the office for further information.
The assessment is different for different units as it is based on square footage. Potential buyers will need to speak with Creative Management at 713-772-4420 for any questions regarding assessments and/or resale documents.
Assessments include Water, Electric, Gas and Trash, Exterior common area landscaping, common area insurance and 24/7 courtesy officers.
Yes! Owners can modify their living space. If you are looking to remodel your unit, we ask that you be courteous and keep the construction times from 7 am – 7 pm Monday- Saturday and 10 am - 7 pm on Sunday. If you need to complete any type of work that requires the water to be shut off to your unit. That can only be done on Wednesdays, and you will need to notify the management office no later than 9 am on the Monday prior to the requested Wednesday needing water shut off.
Exterior changes require advance approval by the Board through the "Ask Before You Alter" Application. Failure to do so could incur penalties and may require a return to original state.
Yes, the Board meets every other month for an Owner’s General Session Meeting. The meetings are usually on the 3rd Monday every other month at 7 PM.
If you are a potential buyer, those documents can be accessed through the Resale Documents that need to be purchased through Creative Management at CMCTX.com. If you are an owner, you can log into your Buildium Account and have access to all Community Records. If you do not have a Buildium Account, please contact the management office to have it set up.
